Does shaving baby's hair stimulate his growth?
Many people around the world believe that shaving baby's head helps promote hair growth. But this is not true, there is no scientific evidence to confirm the validity of this information.

All children are born with a specific number of hair follicles. These follicles determine how much hair they will have and their texture and type (wavy, coarse, soft, curly, straight).
As controlling the growth of your child's hair is coming from inside, shaving his hair will have no effect. But there are many other factors that affect the health of your baby’s hair, such as healthy nutrition and the use of suitable shampoo and conditioner for his age.

There is also another reason to delay the process of shaving your small baby’s hair until he grows up is to protect him from injury as baby's scalp is very delicate and & can be easily cracked.
